Keratin Hair Straightening Question?

So, I have extremely thick, curly hair. I’m interested in doing a keratin treatment, but I’m afraid of losing my curls all together. I’ve been told that the Peter Coppola Keratin treatment is different than the basic keratin treatment- basically it leaves your hair curly but with absolutely no frizz and makes it easy to straighten when you want it straight. (As opposed to the alternative treatment where your hair is always pin straight), Is this true? Is there anyone who has had experience with this process? I’d especially like to hear from anyone who also has very thick curly hair like mine. I just don’t know what to do with it. If you could include the price range for either treatment I’d appreciate that as well.

i would look into the process, you realize when they say keratin, they’re meaning animal hair protein?? i’d look into something else if your into animal rights
